30 Day Online Challenge
An all levels challenge that will keep you motivated to move your body. Each day over 30 days, a link will be provided to a 15-20 min short Yoga practice. I will also be posting a daily pranayama to try. There will be a weekly meditation posted that you can go back to whenever you need throughout the week. Inspiration, motivation provided by ME!
